Betsson has won the best Customer Service Award at the prestigious 10th Annual eGaming Review (EGR) Awards held at the Roundhouse, London in November.
The award which saw the Betsson Group beat other gaming operators, was recognized for its unrelenting focus on delivering the “Best Customer Experience” in the industry.
The 10th annual EGR Operator Awards aims at rewarding excellence in the eGaming industry. The ceremony which brought together over 800 eGaming operators and other industry professionals from across the globe to London, celebrated innovation and distinction over the past 12 months.
The judging panel consisted of former CEO’s and directors from egaming companies who cast their votes on shortlisted award nominees across a spectrum of e-gambling categories.
